In April 1998 was admitted as assistant to sworn advocate; was employed with Riga Law Firm No. 7.

On 27.01.2009 graduated from the University of Latvia Faculty of Law; was awarded Master`s degree in legal science, specialisation – criminal law.

On 20.06.2001 swore an oath of sworn advocate.

Born on 5 March 1969 in Riga.

In 1988 finished Riga Industrial Polytechnic School. Between 1990 and1992, studied electric power engineering at Riga Technical University. In 1993 entered Business Institute “RIMPAK Livonija” to study law; graduated in 1999. Between 1993 and 1997 was a legal adviser at the Joint Stock Company "Software House Rīga"; chief legal adviser at the State Joint Stock Company “Latvijas Krājbanka".

Between 2002 and 2004, was an assistant to deputy of the 8th Saeima (Parliament) of the Republic of Latvia; adviser to a parliamentary group; adviser to minister.

From 2003, was a member of the Supervisory Council of the State Joint Stock Company “Latvijas Krājbanka". Since 6 April 2004, was an assistant to Sworn Advocate Lolita Kronberga (on 28 May 2004 swore an oath of assistant to sworn advocate).

Since 19 May 2009, was a private practitioner (on 28 May swore an oath of sworn advocate).

Since 13 October 2009, a sworn advocate at the Law Firm "Leimanis, Kronberga, Lācis" – 13 Stabu iela, Riga.

Married, has two children.
